The Emergency Customs and Modernization and Trade Facilitation Project aims to provide for urgent development of the Afghan Customs Department in order to increase the government’s revenue collection and improve working conditions. The new headquarters building has been designed to replace the existing office space in the Ministry of Finance building and to provide for up to 400 ACD staff.	10-03-2007
